I had a good experience with Peterbilt of Sioux Falls. They got a pretty decent service and body shop too.

Don’t know what area you’re in. Grand Rapids Mi. has a lot of used Trucks. Lot of competition. Freightliner, MHC, Kenworth, all have pretty good reputations, and prices. No sales tax in Michigan. If traveling to look at a particular Truck, and want plenty of choices, GR is one of the best cities for used and new Trucks.
Gorilla80 Thanks this. -
"No sales tax in Michigan?" Good commrade. I am born, still in The Peoples Republic of Michigan. You could be sent to gulag in UP for propaganda like that......Arctic_fox, Rideandrepair and Gorilla80 Thank this.

Show your DOT number when you buy your plate. They can waive sales tax. Not everyone will, but I know Indiana canQUALITYTRUCK, Rideandrepair and Gorilla80 Thank this.

Michigan has been that way since about 1996 or earlier. They were losing a lot of sales to Indiana and Ohio. No sales tax on any business supplies or parts, equipment etc. Anything not intended for resale.
QUALITYTRUCK Thanks this.
