DUI charges dropped for truck driver accused of killing 3 outside Las Vegas

So was he impaired by drugs and/or alcohol and couldn't choose the correct side of the highway to be on or was he poorly trained and wasn't able to understand enough English to know traffic rules of which side of the highway to get on? Well which is it? Let me guess, one of you shaved apes will find some way to limit this driver's responsibility...somehow it will not be his fault. AM I RIGHT?

Yes. Oklahoma scalehouse on 35 at Marietta, OK. They enforce it there, if you don't speak english you don't leave there driving a commercial truck.

I remember way back around like 20 years ago or so, I had thru a full level inspection on the South side of I-5 San Onfre(75 miles or so from the Mexican border). I was getting my paperwork in the office and there was another driver that ask me in Spanish to ask the LEO a question, before I could spill it out, the LEO said “let him ask the question himself, he should be able to understand read and follow all the laws in English since he has a valid commercial license.” I just button up my lip, got my inspection report and walk out.

When I got my cdl in 95 I went out with a trainer for 3 months I remember him telling not to F around with DOT . He had a French co driver one Time who could speak English but pretended not too during a inspection. He got woken up by the Dot who told him that they were taking the co driver to jail unless he learned English very fast which miraculously he did lol
