I drove past this early this morning. Some of the wreckage was still there - I was wondering what happened.

Is it open both ways now or do they still have eastbound shut down?
PacoTaco Thanks this. -
so when I leave that crash on I 40 I had South on 214 going down into New Mexico to deliver a plow. I see this guy going about 40 miles an hour just minutes from the wreck. Looks like he's been in a wreck so I'm wondering was this guy a hit-and-run up there at the wreck.? So he turns west on 1058, which when you crossing into New Mexico 241.
I've already called Texas, Highway Patrol and New Mexico Highway Patrol seeing if there was one other vehicle in the wreck. They seem non-interested so I pull him over at the State line and ask him a few questions. He says he was in a wreck three or four days ago and his boss told him to bring it to the yard in California. I say, how do you have a company in California with Texas plates? This all seems real fishy, but long story short Texas and New Mexico didn't seem interested so I told him to have a nice day.Flat Earth Trucker, Bud A. and blairandgretchen Thank this. -
How did you pull him over???

It was open both directions.Deere hunter Thanks this.

Well, if you know that road, it would make a really good one lane but it's not much of a two-lane. Just got to a wider spot went around him and then I just blocked the road at the state line. I was 17.6 inches wide so it wasn't very hard. He didn't have a drivers mirror or anything on the left side so he never saw me coming.

Seems like a fishy route if you’re going to California.Bean Jr., Deere hunter and Bud A. Thank this.

Well, I don't believe he could go through the scales at San jon with that truck, especially with it tore up on the scale sideTall Mike, Bean Jr., Flat Earth Trucker and 2 others Thank this.
