Physical cost at minute clinic

seems a bit much, used to buy the cards for $5 at a truck stop myself and just copy the info over while changing the date

 

$120 for me the other day.

Caught a few guys doing that, sooner or later they would fudge it up

 

I remember well one particular fellow I knew that did this back in the days. He got a warning for the DOT inspector, he was told to next time not to forget to sign “MD” after the doctors signature.

 

Where? My company requires MD only physicals.
