18-wheeler rams into Texas state office

In Texas I would be surprised that if they didn’t give him the death penalty. However for that to happen they would have to charge him with capital murder charges.

And they ain't shy about using it! Used to go to Houston from ks once a week and coming back north out of Houston there's a prison on the east side of the interstate, if I'm remembering right think it's called Huntsville? It seemed like EVERY time I drove by that place at night- you could see the electricity fade in the big lights on the interstate for a little bit and then the lights would get bright again and I knew they were cooking somebody over there! There was a truck stop on the west side of the highway, I made it my policy to never stop in there and eat a hamburger...

 

Isn't it a state law that when buying beer at a liquor store when paying you HAVE to take either a free revolver or a long gun? That episode on the Simpsons hit the nail on the head!
