    I just got my letter of a job offer today, and I'm scheduled for re-orientation to start on 10/4.....To be honest, after being out of work since January, I can't freekin' wait to get back in the game....I know I hear some guys ##### about Big Orange, but there are times when a job is a job and you just have to make due....I'm hoping my previous experience with Schneider back in 2002-03 will help me deal with it better than before....I have a few dreams i still want to live....:biggrin_25520:

    Anyone else going to Carlisle on October 4th?....

    Good Luck. Hubby is with Schneider now and I have to tell ya they haven't been that bad for him. I am having knee surgery now so in February I am going to reapply to them. I was pre-hired with hubby but my knee gave out.

    So far it's been all I hoped it would be. Decent miles considering the current economy, and I've only had one TAH that got messed up. I even got to be at home for 5 days over Christmas...:biggrin_255:

    Hijacking for a sec! Saw you're in Rochester. I lived there in the early 90s and loved it. Lived in Rustic Village Apts. Moved back South to be nearer to aging parents. Something about Rochester stills warms my heart! Great people, plenty to do, beautiful farmlands, and oh, those Finger Lakes...WOW!

    Man, when I get on the road, I hope I get to Rochester soon just to get a plate. MMMM... cheeseburger mac with everything on it. I don't know if this really warms my heart or gives me heartburn, though. I think probably both. :biggrin_25525:

    I got my medical card for them, had a couple chunks of hair snipped out of my head. I am waiting for my offer letter to come in email. Then, off to Green Bay on Friday!

    I'm telling people about this, "they have those big orange trucks?"

    "Oh yeah! I've seen those."
