    He's been on the phone with them twice so far. First one to follow up that someone got the application and the second one was a recruiter who called to say he was pulling the application and would call him back.

    Has he submitted any TenStreet intelliapp's? If so and he put school bus on any of them, then he needs to submit another one without the school bus on it. This updated one should automatically replace the old one.
    Trucking companies can see the intelliapps that have been submitted anywhere else, so it's important to submit a new one.
