I just parked for the night down in Checotah. It is raining cats and dogs here. Windy as hell too. Moberly refused a pallet of taters. Poor quality according to them. They looked fine to me. They are the only Walmart to refuse loads or pallets for that reason. I've had refusals at Pageland, but that was because the wrong ones got sent to them. Moberly does that to me periodically lol. I got a little behind waiting on Rich to figure out what to do with that pallet. The same thing happend to another driver. We both had to drop at PFS and grab an empty to reload.

I forgot to mention, if yall are coming from Monte Vista, right before you cross into Kansas on US 24, you'll need to take US 385 N to Burlington. They're gonna have 24 down for a while by Sharon Springs. It may have been mentioned already but my post will be a refresher lol

Tell those lames at Fountain that Mr Potato head thinks they’re crappy lmao. It was always salty sitting in a dock door over there for 5+ hours right before taking hometime a few miles away.
EDIT: Whoops, just saw the post where they only held you up for 4.5 hours. Yeah, that was speedy according to their standards lol.

Ha!!! Those folks used to make you earn that honetime for real! They wanted me to do the survey, I would have done it and used those words per Mr. Potato Head. Lol. I couldn't access it for some reason. 4.5 hours may set a new record lol

Sitting here in Oak Grove, KY. Reloaded plastic containers from Chester going to New Century. Hoping they'll let me just route through the terminal and get my PM on the truck done and then deliver. Much better start to this week. 2000 miles in two loads isn't too shabby, even with the extra day off. Much less stress than hauling *** on back to back 400 milers.

We've been killing those plastic container loads for real. I swear I've hauled at least a ½ dozen loads out of Chester so far this year. I may be exaggerating lol. They may have you drop at Craftsmen, or do you like they did me a couple of weeks back. I delivered then got a reload to deliver straight through, and then came by the yard. I've got a load of rubber from Orange. I made it just in time to load today. That Costco held me up a bit. Load info said deliver at 8 am. When I got that sticker, it said my appt was 1030. They let you check in at 0430, but I don't know how beneficial that really is. I still had to wait til actual appt time. It was about 1 when I finally left. Reloaded, and KTN in Orange was super busy. Got to Batesville, MS so about 5 hrs or so to Mt. Vernon from here. I may smell your diesel coming up 57 lol

Yeah, ive come to realize the Costco in Dallas is the exception and not the norm lol. The rest are about on par with the typical Walmart.

I'll be making a loop behind ya. Dropped this load at the yard so they could fix a couple things on the trailer, getting truck and APU services done, and then headed to Wright City to pick up a load going to Houston for a Thursday 0600 delivery. Hoping I'll be reloading in Orange so I can deliver Friday and reload again for the weekend.

Any day taking 67 instead of 69 is a win in my book lol. So much more peaceful running 67 and 59 compared to 69/75 IMO

I was a thinking about you guys today. I kept getting text messages from a brokerage about confirming my load from platteville co to carlisle pa. I shoulda took down the number for the dispatch an called to let em know they had the wrong guy. I texted the last text back an told em. I was thinking gee I know where platteville is. The dairy out there anyways. I was in Wisconsin thinking I don't think I'll be a headed there with my hopper.

Maybe Climate needed a little power only action from ya. Kinda same thing has happened to me over the last couple weeks. I got a couple random tracking requests for different Climate loads that weren't mine. Not sure what's going on with their driver info system lol.

Broker was probably concerned when they saw my location update that was 900 miles away from delivery:D

69 doesn't bother me like it does most other drivers, even though that highway will beat you ½ to death lol, but I am with you on that 67. That is a peaceful route. I like some of those truck stops just north of Searcy, AR. Both make for peaceful rest. I just parked in Spiceland, IN. I'm on one of those awesome Robinson to Palmyra loads.

Lol maybe they swerve ya and send you out there with some feed for all the cattle the have behind the dairy. How's your tours been? I recently saw a Prime pull a hopper. That may be the first mega I've seen jump in the hopper business
