    Not much really but you need to set the new one to spec by getting the timing gear in the right position so there is no tension from the lobe on the cam trying to open the valve. There is a sequence to it.. Dont wing it cause youll end up bending the valve from the wrong lash or lack of on the rocker.

    Its an A26 its probably twelve hours to re and re the valve cover if its anything like the Maxxforce engines.
    How do you know a rocker arm needs replaced?

    valve bridge popped off. I can see that the roller is not in the same location in the rocker as the others. roller bushing or pin is worn. roller does not roll free. pulled it off and rocker arm is already worn from rubbing the cam. cam must be very hard cause it does not seem to be worn where it rubbed the rocker body.
