Anyone else notice Fleet One / NASTC fuel card fee increases?

In March and as long as I have been a member of NASTC (many years) the monthly maintenance fee was $4.25 at the end of the month for the Fleet One card. Starting in April this end of month fee doubled to $8.50 plus they added another maintenance fee of $7.95 in the middle of the month. Not sure why they need two monthly maintenance fees, but that's what it is. So $16.45 in monthly maintenance fees from $4.25. Called NASTC and they said they were aware of it. Fleet One did send out an email informing me of this about a month ahead of time. Geez everything goes up but our rates.

 

Last few months it's been $7.95 on the 15th of the month and $4.25 the last day of the month. So $12.20 total a month. I have no idea why Fleet One needs to charge two monthly maintenance fees. I am still using it because I like the NASTC organization and their discounts are still competitive with anyone else.
