Ended 2023 $106,000 +. 3 year company driver, running regional Ut, Id, NV... First year $62k, 2nd 82k..... Working a crap ton of hours by my own choice. Small (2 local drivers, 3 regional) agriculture commodity transport company running belt trailers, and so take advantage of the "ag exemption". But I appreciate good pay, new trucks, great mechanics, and an even better dispatcher/boss. I was an Engineer (fire engine driver) / Paramedic for 25 years and worked a lot of overtime but never broke the 6 figures. This is much easier job and love that with the right company I can work my ### off too support my family in this #### economy. Especially with being relatively local and having the flexibility I still get home 2 to 4 nights per week (even if only for a few hours). I have always been a fan of being able to find a job or business where you get paid by what you put into it and not a set salary or set hours. I finally found it. If you haven't yet, it's there just go find it and be willing to work for it. I started with no tractor-trailer or manual non-synced shifting experience having spent most my life driving fire engines and ladder trucks. But I knew I had a work ethic that surprises people...... And my company gave me the shot...... Now I'm the lead driver, have a new 2025 Kenworth W990 and am grossing $8000 to $12,000 monthly.

should have included the the ppo plan is decent and a reasonable cost. 401k and hsa plan is managed by fidelity(very happy with them.) company 401k match of 50% up to 6%. seeing a 3k plus deposit every march for the match and we receive a profit sharing check twice a year. Jan/Jun comes right before Xmas and is the smaller of the 2. Final check for a given year is handed out in March after accounting does their thing.
