Not the swift you’re thinking of. Anyone heard or worked for them? They run under crst. They are a small outfit with 120 trucks. I currently work at Total and not getting the pay I think I deserve. I’m at .41 cents. Been driving for 4-5 months.
Swift enterprises called me and offered me .51 cpm and if I unload cabinets by hand on a certain load once per week all loads are paid at 66 cpm. Not sure how I feel about this. Any one know this company or had a job unloading cabinets in boxes
Swift enterprises, anyone heard of them?

Only Swift Enterprises I've heard of is in Chattanooga/Cleveland, TN and runs under US Express.

Don't know if that's the same company you're referring to or not. -
If you're working for Total, have you considered just switching to USXpress? You'll make make more with them and probably keep the same home terminal you're using now.
-
Yeah that’s them. The recruiter said that they ran under crst now. Or somthing like that. Heard anything about them?
thanks china -
Yeah that was my plan. My buddy from Tennessee said he is getting 56 cpm with them, so I called and they offered me .46 cpm with same experience level. Because I’m from Florida. Im still considering it. I’m pretty sure I can get total to bump me up to that at least but just seeing what I can.MSWS Thanks this.

Are you doing local/dedicated right now or OTR?

That's crazy that USXpress only offered you $0.46 CPM. I thought the lowest they started out was around $0.55 CPM. Were you speaking with a recruiter from the Variant/OTR side?

Swift Enterprises Joins CRST Agent Network
Looks like they are affiliated with CRST, and are pulling some from the CRST load board.
Not sure if that is good or bad.Chinatown Thanks this. -
I called us express maybe I should try variant. Good idea. Yeah i was a little frustrated at that. China made some good recommendations to me a couple weeks ago but no one will hire out of Florida it’s wild. Currently at total I just fought my ### off for months for more miles and finally getting 2300+ a week and that puts me at like 700$ bucks take home with no insurance or 401k or anything. Fighting for me life here to stay afloat with bills and everything. The #### recruiters lie there ### off when you talk to them about what you should be making.MSWS Thanks this.
