Lots of bad luck, and with a wonky trainer, but technically all (except maybe) your fault.

I have been in your grass situation, but it was mud. I was told to turn around in a certain lot so I could get lined up for the dock. Drivers do it all the time, but a big rain the night before and I just sunk into the ground. I avoided calling the company, and instead called for a tow truck to drag me out. No damage to the truck, and no one the wiser. Me a little poorer in the bank account.
But you did decide to go on the grass with your big truck. Your decision, when it could have been to simply say no because it was not safe.
My bad too, when I should have found another way around the block to get lined up to the dock.

And the lady with the mirror... she could have used you for a scapegoat or you could have grazed her mirror like she said. If you hit her mirror slightly with your trailer it would not have left any damage on your trailer. And you would not have even felt it happening.

I really hope you can find another job, because these things are all so petty. We all make mistakes, and we learn from them.

Concorde, Kyle G. and 77fib77 Thank this.

I think I'm going to refrain from commenting in this thread with one exception. Just to say I think taking responsibility for your past incidences might help your situation. Making excuses looks REALLY bad to potential employers when you've got 3 incidences in just 7 months. I have ONE in 7 years of driving. And it got thrown out because the guy admitted to the cop he turned out his headlights and made his car impossible to see so I'd back into him so he could get a new bumper. He was his own worst enemy. Needless to say, got THAT ticket thrown out pretty fast. But I never told anyone "It wasn't my fault." Hell yea it was. I hit something. That's on me.

No it's not. What world do you live in?
You were set up and deemed not at fault. That is certainly not on you.

Getting blackmarked for getting stuck is bull####. I yanked two trucks out of a soft spot in the yard last week. No big deal IMO.

All of your incidents were your fault..Build some character and own them, then move forward. You’ll never learn anything if it’s always someone else’s fault.

    Hit a mailbox..
    Stuck in the grass..
    Hit a vehicles mirror..

    Those are on you driver.

The someone else was guiding me back excuse doesn’t float with me at all.

The picture in my avatar.. The receiver was trying to guide me back into the door but I basically ignored him. I needed a goal to get a clear picture in my head of what was inside the dark hole I was backing into. Mainly didn’t want to sheer off the door on my blind.

Set the brakes and jumped out for a look see. Told the guy helping that I was sorry but needed to look for my own peace of mind.

Morning traffic was causing a little stress but I needed to goal and I did..
