You guessed right. They had it loaded when I checked in at 15:30 yesterday. Sitting here in the check in line at Midwest now, and then they told me to bobtail to the yard and load info will be in the morning. Always that tiny bit of paranoia any time they tell me to bobtail to the yard :D Good start to the week though. Will be sitting at over 2000 miles on this pay period by the time I get to Union

There's a small truck stop in Georgetown if youre coming off 64 and get there early enough. Louisville is pretty laid back about truck parking. Could probably find a quiet place to hideout at most of the industrial parks as long as it's not a busy street.

Appreciate the reply. They ended up reporting the load and had me pick up a coke load. On my way back to Denver.

I'm telling you man Palmyra don't play! I was just there yesterday, getting my hood fixed and my APU serviced. I got to Prescott, AR at the TA. Leaves about 330 to Houston. I'll have to put a splash of fuel in somewhere. Benton, AR was blocked off last night. Gotta love that construction lol.

Missing out on Benton fuel isn't the worst thing ever lol. Better than trying to make that left turn to get out of there. Should be setup pretty well leaving Houston if you end up with a rubber load.

They sent me to Olney, IL today with a Milo's load. In Robinson now waiting on a load to Edwardsville. Load was supposed to be ready, but someone screwed up the product stickers so they're having to break it down and redo the entire load. They said it'll probably be tomorrow morning. Very vague and a little irritating, but it's part of trucking. Gives dispatch time to plan me on another load tomorrow when I make it back anyways. They had a Palmyra trailer loaded as well, so maybe dispatch will just send me with that one in the morning.

Security shack told me about a very convenient hideout in Robinson that I can PM the Climateers if anyone doesn't know it or needs it. Apparently Hershey is working on a nice, gravel overnight parking area in Robinson for the drivers as well, so that'll be convenient.

Oh!!!! I would love that for Robinson. Usually I'd park at the Walmart there, or at the Ruler Foods grocery store in front of the Walmart there. That'd be very convenient for real.

Don't you know they actually sent me a message about missing that fuel stop? Lol I told them what was up but they told use New Caney, TX Flying J and to use the stops in my load info....I was gonna put like 75 gallons in til they told me to fill it up lol. It's cool though. I'd definitely take a rubber load again

Surprised they gave you grief over that. Not like you just started here. Probably about the same price as New Caney anyways. Not like you bypassed an Ohio stop to fill up in New York for 5.20/gal. I know Kenny was helping out with dispatch yesterday cause he accidentally sent someone else's message to my truck. Probably a tight ship in there currently.

I think Robinson has something bigger going on and they're just giving carriers the run around on load times lol. Called this morning and they said 'call back this afternoon'. Told a NAPA driver the same thing. Dispatch ended up deadheading me to Ken's in Lebanon, IN to pick up a load going to PFS

They have a staging area when you arrive that you park at and call to check in. You could probably get a 10 in there. Once you're unloaded, you gotta leave though. I've seen security guards run a couple people off that parked when they were empty.

Not a huge facility, so you can creep under 5mph and get unloaded easily.
