Have they taken Gus away, or has he done the Hermit bit, and "Gone Off "by himself?

I kept telling him to "Watch that edge"; but no, had to skate right up to it.
Lets keep an eye out; like a turtle, he will stick his head up on some site.

I grew up with cattle, goats and horses, so we'd make regular trips to the local sales barn. In 2022 I worked for Brook Ledge Horse Transportation, primarily hauling race horses. I've spent most of my life in MN and the Dakotas, so the southern summer heat was nearly unbearable for me. Once we got out west to AZ, NM, and CA however, the humidity and UV index dropped so the heat became more bearable. That is, until we washed out the trailer (54' long) in 112F weather, causing the water to evaporate immediately upon touching the trailer walls and turning the trailer into a sauna. I'm not biologically suited for these conditions and nearly passed out from the heat. Horses are awesome, and California is beautiful, but if you're going to haul horses in the heat of a desert summer, be prepared to chug water. Or, wait to wash your trailer until nightfall. My native Californian co-driver thought I was a wuss throughout this ordeal. Imagine keeping a Saint Bernard in the desert heat and you'll understand my suffering.

He says he had a police escort up the mountain and some bikers blowed past the escorts and he ditched it. Idk I wasn’t there I not saying I ain’t been caught not looking. I am saying I would like to see the evidence first hand. I believe he was loaded don’t hold me to that. He was bout to break his arm a pattin himself on the back for keeping it upright…….
