Clearinghouse query notification, how does yours notify you?

    Do you guys get one sent to email or otherwise? Luckily I did not get checked last week but I could at any moment of course. My last one, done by me since I'm an independent, was Feb of last year. I dropped the ball here so spare me the comments about what an idiot I am.

    My question is do you guys get notified and I missed it? I delete a LOT of junk emails from people trying to sell me DOT/FMCSA services but I'd like to think I would've noticed a notification for something they are focused on these days.

    I get emails. Usually easy to see because it says in the subject "Must go straight to testing"

    I ignore them till I get back home

    Yea , the app i have is the only offical one i have ever seen and used , and only if i applied for something or just queried it .
    Never had them e-mail me.

    No, not notices for drug tests. I'm talking about the yearly clearinghouse query you have to have on file. It's done by employers unless you are a solo and you are the driver and the employee. I have to do my own.

    They don't send any notice. Up to the carrier to remember. Easiest is to put it all annual reports in the same month.
