It sounds like he's never done anything like this before. That wouldn't help either.
First time I backed into a spot in a truck stop was my first day of training and just when I'm getting ready to start my trainer hops out to help spot me without telling me what he was doing and I panicked thinking he was going inside. It would have been really out of character for him to do that but like I said I started to panic until I saw what he was doing.

Not a fan of pay protection but today they cut it. So I’m guessing it’s the first salvo of cutting pay.
-
Cut the program entirely or the amount paid out?
-
-
That sucks, I hope it doesn't affect you

As long as they keep my busy it should never affect me. I hate the guaranteed minimum. Especially with millis where we can make our money by hitting our mileage goals. The minimum was allowing them to play with our miles.Still undecided Thanks this.

Well Marco sent out his farewell message today. Retires on June 8th. Indecision 2024 has begun.
JOHNQPUBLIC Thanks this. -
I saw some discussion of that elsewhere. That's another sore spot with me and how they do things in BRF where you need to break out the scientific of calculator just to figure out their various pay algorithms instead of them just being straightforward about it. Go to their recruiting page for an example. Unless it's changed, they don't even give a prospective driver a straight answer on what their starting CPM is going to be.
I know Millis isn't the only company that does this. But the rest is the ones that do that kind of thing are considerably shadier than Millis and I would like to think Millis would still be trying to not be grouped in with companies like Super Ego and Hurricane.dwells40 Thanks this. -
Little update for you guys no longer here. They have finally started to widen OH 63 from Lebanon Oh to 75. Also looks like they are doing something with zig zag curve between 71 and Lebanon. Can’t stand that curve in the winter.
Still undecided and JOHNQPUBLIC Thank this. -
I'm glad to say it's been so long since I've been in Ohio I can't remember when that was.
MIT Thanks this.
