I need help.... 22 freightliner

I know 2013 is just pull steering cover , disconnect 2 wires , remove side controls , clean and put back ...did mine , send pic

 

Maybe try a wet toothbrush, go over it and keep working the controls . .. . .

 

Just use water. And the toothbrush.

 

I'd use electric cleaner, a wet wipe, and a toothbrush. Then another blast of cleaner. . . And let it dry.

 

The electric cleaner works great , my window switch's get to were they won't work good . I'll pop the trim cover off and use this then let it dry really good ,always works for me.

 

Yep- that's it- that stuff does work great!

 

Water would be fine to clean up the steering wheel itself, but water doesn't mix well with electronics. Grab a bottle of electric cleaner for the controls. It's ten bucks give/take. 50WT posted a picture.
