I just got into the seat of this truck and the controls on the steering wheel got gunked up and sticky, IDK what it is, possibly a soda, that caused it... because of this, the controls don't work well, which is annoying...

Any advice on how to clean the crap out?

Maybe try a wet toothbrush, go over it and keep working the controls . .. . .

Just use water. And the toothbrush.

I'd use electric cleaner, a wet wipe, and a toothbrush. Then another blast of cleaner. . . And let it dry.

The electric cleaner works great , my window switch's get to were they won't work good . I'll pop the trim cover off and use this then let it dry really good ,always works for me. Screenshot_20240602_054855_Gallery.jpg

I'm afraid that water won't mix well with the electronics inside?

Water would be fine to clean up the steering wheel itself, but water doesn't mix well with electronics. Grab a bottle of electric cleaner for the controls. It's ten bucks give/take. 50WT posted a picture.

    Good-luck to ya!
