A fellow driver who was a driver for this company “GOGA Trucking, Inc.” - company is another scam artist connected to Russia/Lithuania/Ukraine through Illinois Chicagoland’s broker group using same load-boards, shippers/receivers & factoring companies. Just Another fake, pretend American trucking company, russia uses to hack America. Goga does mean lord of snakes… lol.. I mean who opens a trucking company with that name?… a Russian scam artist.. anyway here’s what happen…
OTR Driver was on the road heading home for the weekend... said to the trucking company I'm going to the doctors, not feeling well... "company says okay"
Monday Doctor appointment ordered Driver medical leave, "driver still entitled to pay for work carried out prior to medical leave week before" and can't work on medical leave per doctor. Driver informs company, company says “okay”
As result company tried to hold drivers paycheck prior to medical leave... driver wasn’t paid that weeks payout for week prior.
So driver said, I'm not allowed to work doctors orders, send doctors note/records.. BUT also company where's my check prior to medical leave?
Four weeks now, driver says no check.. no truck return or come pick up the truck with ya empty trailer...
Trucking company comes to pick up the truck 1,000 miles from home state terminal.
But the truck is disconnected from the empty trailer purposely just a little bit pulled forward from the trailer with the kingpin lock add on it.. but since no driver paycheck... have a kingpin lock… also sitting so long have the Truck with a battery dead (kill switch left on, cabin-fridge drained battery over time).
Company shows up, dead truck, trailer gotta kingpin lock. Where's the drivers check prior to medical leave?
Story keeps going… Truck company now gotta pay to recharge the battery (Loves call out -$500 to -$1,000 depending how Loves feels like ripping off carriers that week).. also company gotta fill up fuel tanks (-$700), and unlock the trailer kingpin somehow?
Company just owes the driver $1200 pay check - that's it - driver went home turns out had health issues.
so far companies spent
-$700 one way airfare to the airport
-$100 Uber/Lyft airport to the truck.
-$500-1000 loves call out
-$400 locksmith call out..
-$700 fuel fill’r’up
because ultimately they just don't want to pay the driver $1200 because they're cheap. So -$2,400 and probably still won’t pay the driver, but really -$3,600 in the hole and lost as driver on payroll so really in the hole, with the trucks lost revenue, truck goes dormant… then potentially a lawsuit from driver with doctors orders, missing pay and shessh that’s headache..
what the hell goes on out there?

sniff…..sniff let me understand truck is abandoned 1000 miles from terminal with attempt to hold equipment hostage (kingpin lock) over 1weeks paycheck. Sniff…sniff tells company not feeling well on Friday but doesn’t go to doctor until Monday and is so unhealthy his medical condition prevents working for over a month. I can’t shame this company given the details in this story which lacks a lot of needed content, I think this another driver that became unhappy and tried to quit without fulfilling obligations.
bryan21384 and FozzyNOK Thank this. -
And the driver just put the kingpin lock on the trailer so nobody could take the trailer by default. One could still steal a trailer that’s connected to a truckLast edited: Jun 7, 2024

Driver being honest/open, but they ignored driver about last paycheck they owed that has nothing to do with medical leave or waiting to go back to work after doctors orders.
Company didn’t care about doctor’s note or drivers health.
Driver told company would’ve drove the truck back, but under doctors orders not to work. And also, the company didn’t respond to any communication but just show up at the drivers house four weeks later. Driver literally sent the doctor’s note to them in an email and text message to the owner and they just ignored it.
For weeks company left the truck/trailer on drivers yard, no communication, ignored drivers phone calls and emails. Forth week company just randomly showed up at drivers house. While the companies with the driver, companies talking about how one of their drivers recently arrested, in jail - trying to guilt trip the driver about their company problems that have nothing to do with the driver.
Driver said, sir I’m just asking for my last paycheck that has nothing to do with medical leave, doctors notes or anything after that. Has nothing to do with not even paid for medical leave or paid while I was on medical leave for a couple weeks, would’ve just went back to work after doctor cleared.
Driver didn’t get in any accidents, tickets, violations, damaged equipment, failed inspections or tows, or even put out of service, nor did the truck ever breakdown. Driver didn’t really do anything wrong but have a health scare (like anyone else would) followed by witnessing a company I guess slowly falling a part. -

Drivers says he went back to the doctors office for follow up test passed. Driver has another doctors note again, showing cholesterol numbers are lower as well as blood pressure and other concerns doctor had. Basically just updated his MED CERT and passed the DOT physical for another two years.
If the company wasn’t a hoe, the driver would’ve just got back in the truck and asked what’s my next dispatch? however, ultimately because he went to the doctors office and got a doctors note that wanted him to sit down for a couple weeks, drivers fault. -
