While we don't know the situation behind an unsolved assault/murder. Random attacks are pretty darn rare. The last time I looked up statistics on gun crimes, something around 75% of them involved a dispute over drugs, gang, gambling, stolen items, sex. My conclusion is truck stops are for fuel, food, parking/sleeping. If you get involved in extra-curricular activities you are already dealing with criminals. Don't do that. Don't live & play right on the very edge of the line of the rules, stay well-away from those questionable situations.

Kinda hard when you're real close to downtown LA and the only fuel stop there has room for like 3 trucks. Found a place right off the sidestreet and about 3a felt truck lurch from somebody on the steps and there was a brother there saying hey man you want some gofast? Some weed? A woman? Whatcha want man? I said you wanna know what I want?? Yeah man! I WANT SOME ####*NG SLEEP!! LoL
Earlier there was a dude on the sidewalk that was cooking meat over an open fire. It was pretty darn good! -

Those are the rounds that are safe for my Henry Big Boy .44.
NightWind Thanks this. -
Those are .460 SW magnum rounds. It shoots .454 Casull as well.
Those are 2200 FPS @ 100 yards.
The .454's are for the females of the species.
That gun is lol big. It's like something you'd see The Mask or The Joker pull out. It's like 30 or 40 percent larger than the 629.
It's heavier than my A-Bolt II WinMag.MACK E-6, Bud A., NightWind and 1 other person Thank this. -
Good judgment comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgment. The one california kid Thanks this.

That was my way of getting unmolested sleep whenever I used to stop to catch some Z's at the Vince Lombardi travel plaza on the NJTP. Always waited for about 3-4 a.m. to shoot the CBX....
Nah, too long for use inside. A 1 ft. tire beater in much more useful. Broke a brother's fingers one time when he jumped up to my window at an intersection. Company wasn't happy about the dent I made doing it, though...wifi_guru, tscottme and The one california kid Thank this.
