IMG_2793.jpeg Level 1 at the Dunsmuir scale house today. First DOT with my dog Daisy, the inspector gave her a couple little dog bones.

Finally installed my ring doorbell deterrent system.

Zero door bell rings is my goal. Either you know to come through the garage or you just $&@$ straight off. LOL.

Forgot to ask about what you decided about a new or newer truck.

She’s great. Mellow easy going and the. Goes bat poop crazy when she gets out of the truck. Super stoked to have her onboard.

Found a couple I like a lot. I just keep lagging on pulling the trigger. I’m basically just a wuss. Also the prices seem to still be dropping…but yea I keep chickening out. I haven’t had a truck payment in (2) years. It’s pretty comfortable not having to do that. LOL

No payment is a good thing. Certainly keeps things in the black. Whats your current mileage on that engine? If the body and chassis is solid, does it make more sense to do an inframe rather than get something newer?

otterinthewater and Dale thompson Thank this.

It finally broke 900k a few weeks back. It runs perfectly. The whole truck is in outstanding condition, but the state of California has some new rules going into effect by 2026 that makes having a truck with over 800,000 miles a no go. Such is life.

Bud A., dwells40 and Dale thompson Thank this.

Would doing an inframe start the clock over? As long as you have documentation on that.

dwells40 and Dale thompson Thank this.
