I had already left the ER and was trying to figure out how to get home. Told them at the ER I was stranded with no way to get anywhere and they told me I had to leave that they couldn't help me, and there was a local officer there that said he couldn't help me. I was literally stranded that day I had to walk 10 miles to the nearest truck stop to get a ride to the nearest greyhound station.

I’ve never heard of anyone needing a drug test unless there’s a fatality.
MSWS, Concorde and Diesel Dave Thank this. -
Dude I'm not on drugs or alcohol. I haven't drank in over 20 years.Flat Earth Trucker and austinmike Thank this.

No fatality in the rollover my truck was the only vehicle involved.

If the rollover happened June 12, and you are homeless already, the rollover had nothing at all to do with being homeless. Must’ve been waaay behind on payments already.
JoeyJunk, buddyd157, broke down plumber and 4 others Thank this. -
No not behind on payments. Was a new company and I was living out of my truck. Kinda hard not to end up homeless when you're living outta your truck.
