I've had a few drivers in accidents, a couple fatal ones. The non-fatal always has a pee test done. One of the tests had a warrant issued just in case because of the amount of damage done to state property (signs and a traffic light).

The company always ended up paying, no matter what.

What's going on with the OP, are they leased to a carrier?

If so, did they reach out to the carrier?

    O/O?

Tried reaching out to the insurance company?

He rolled truck. He got taken to the hospital. They did a blood test. They also did the DOT drug test. He came up dirty. The company ghosted him. Common procedure for a company when a driver fails a drug test. If he gets a check, it will be in the mail in a couple weeks. Clearing house has been notified.

    Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse

Q:Can a driver correct information recorded about him or her in the Clearinghouse?
A: Yes. The final rule provides a petition process for drivers to request corrections to their Clearinghouse record (§ 382.717). Drivers may challenge only the accuracy of information reported, not the accuracy or validity of test results or refusals.

OK, now that the official answer is yes, you can correct information, can you possibly look around the Clearinghouse web page and see how to do that, since doing so is very very important to your future and now all that important to the rest of us. One might say work on it like YOU think it's important, not like just sit there and wait for the universe to do it for you.

What you need to do is quit smoking that crap...or ingesting that crap....or inhaling that crap...or using trans-dermal patches with that crap... and let your mind straighten out.
The way it sounds a year's total abstinence from any mind altering substance should just about do it. The answers to your questions will make better sense to you if you're straight. They won't change anything but you'll understand more about why things are happening to you.
It's okay if we don't know whether or not you're lying. Your life doesn't touch ours. But when you don't know if you're lying because you've given us so much contradictory information you have a real problem.
I'd suggest counseling. Lots of it.

Cool story bro. A driver always has road money. Prior planning prevents piss poor performance.
