Check out May Trucking, they have a terminal in Fontana and hire out of California

 

Did you get your cdl before hiring on with CR England? What I'm getting at is, are you under contract?

@smokey12 gave an excellent suggestion, so apply there. Submit the application from May website before any phone calls. Submit the app, then wait about a day or so and follow up with a phone call.
Say, "I'm checking on my job application."
