Hi everyone,
I’m in a tough spot and could use some advice. I recently made the mistake of signing up with CR England, and I absolutely hate their on-road training program. They cram three people into a truck, which is already uncomfortable, but to make things worse, my mentor has no sense of personal hygiene and smells awful. It’s unbearable.
I’m 23 years old, recently got my CDL in March, and I live in the Bay Area. I have no prior experience and have already applied for multiple jobs in the area, but no luck so far. I even tried Swift, but somehow they rejected me, despite having a clean background history.
Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on what I can do next? Any leads on companies that might be hiring new CDL holders in the Bay Area? I’m open to any ideas that can help me get out of this situation.
Thanks in advance!

Did you get your cdl before hiring on with CR England? What I'm getting at is, are you under contract?
@smokey12 gave an excellent suggestion, so apply there. Submit the application from May website before any phone calls. Submit the app, then wait about a day or so and follow up with a phone call.
