New CDL holder looking for job in Philly/jersey area

Hi everyone, recent cdl grad here I got my cdl a around end of April & have been having trouble finding a local job I’ve even been turned down by jobs that are labeled “trainee” positions for new cdl holders which confuses me. I also have my tankers & doubles/triples endorsement as well. Any tips or help will be gladly appreciated.

 

I’ve been thinking about doing something regional as of late since it’s been hard to get into something local.
