This truck has me at a lost. I have drop the pan check the pick up tube and cool jets replaced pick up tube gasket. Removed pressure regulator from oil filter housing. Replace oil pump pack it with grease before install new one. I dead head the high pressure pump to eliminate top half still absolutely nothing for base pressure. I over filled the engine 2 gallons nothing. Remove oil temp sensor fill high pressure resovior with oil. I'm not sure what else will cause this engine to have absolutely no oil pressure took out pressure sensor crank for 60 seconds spits no oil. Any advice would be appreciated.

The oil pump is located on the front of the crankshaft. There is a splined coupler pressed on the end of the crank that drives the oil pump. It might not hurt to remove the damper and remove the pump and make sure the coupler is tight.

I feel ya! Beating my head into a wall for almost 4 months trying to figure out almost the same issue.
Did you ever figure it out? -
Is the pressure from the test port show any fluctuations? If a bucket of oil is held with the pickup tube when the pan is off, does it come out of the crankshaft bearing area? If so, I suspect some oil pressure bleeding past the head gasket mating surface and it going out the exhaust or into the cooling system... But the exhaust will show the signs of infestation..
