That's why you're not getting hit with any infractions of the rules. Just a simple removal of multiple threads.

OP is trying to do the process in reverse...any business with a chance to surrvive needs to start with a confirmed source of a steady cash flow and an understanding of the demographics of that particular marketplace before making any investments in equiptment and back office.

I started in this industry 48 years ago and can see that OP is trying to learn, perhaps distantly, about a very complex industry.

It appears that OP wants to operate a non-cdl hot shot as that appears to be easy to do without CDL, etc. and seems suited to his particular needs and thinks he can do it using brokers for freight without a steady outbound customer and using brokers to cover costs to get back to their client.

This is how 99% of 'new' trucking businesses have a short lifespan.

If you are trying to start a business here, pick something else. Like say ... a franchise subshop or a little ceasers pizza, but overall this is not a place for someone who is starting out with no money and no CDL.

Once you get legally qualified to pull freight "orders don't come it". Like a fruit picker you go offer your services & wait to learn if you have work or not. There is a whole segment of the industry that thrives from the new entrants that don't know their own operating costs & will pull freight at a loss.

So, with an average investor visa, invest in an already established company. If time is of the essence, this would be quicker.

Much easier to open a CDL school than hotshot.

For those who don't know, he has to do much more than just get a truck and trailer, he needs to plan and then perserve jobs for 10 people other than himself. It sounds like he is trying to endrun our immigration laws. They really need to eliminate these visas.
