I can't see what size excavator it is , but don’t look like the gross should be that high .I was thinking 145 to 155 which is still over weight but looks like they're padding it to me.

 

They go me too, right after Covid. But, they said I was good to leave on the permit after they gave me a $1300 ticket.......

 

He made me get a new permit. And a $9600 ticket. It was the Stephen’s city scale. I called to get the new permit and the lady said “yeah, they have been writing a lot of these tickets lately”. Of course I called him everything but a white man. I purposely slid the fifth wheel up. I told him I could fix it in 5 minutes. That MFer said “the damage to the road has already been done” what damage you sob it’s not like they won’t issue a permit.

they settled for $500.

on top of that they give you six inches with no problem. So basically that ####### wrote a 10 grand ticket for six inches. I still get a little hot about it.

 

Guys get in a lot more monetary trouble for 6 inches you know?
