Other trucks ( freightliner, volvo) working on same routes in my company don’t have to do regens that often.its only once or twice in 2 months for them.
Before starting work , i had got it chacked by a computer and ash level was 48% almost 2 months ago.
I believe a valve lash job was never done on it.so could it be valve lash or may be truck is not doing passive regen .. or may be some other reason.. i am also wondering about that!!

Like I said, it looks like you’re not driving long enough on the highway to do a full passive regen.

#’s on screens don’t matter, unless you can verify it. That means popping the filters open to see it. Hell they could have reset the filters without actually doing anything.

you are also comparing apples to oranges. Yours is a DD15 the other trucks arnt.
