The citation hurts, the tow bill is expensive, and the time/energy of dealing with the situation is significant. All of that is still cheaper than if the driver wrecks the truck in a single vehicle accident. If other vehicles/people get involved the liability is through the roof. If the company can show they were attempting to intervene, they can potentially limit punitive damage.TripleSix, Savor the Flavor and Bud A. Thank this. -

I was already quitting and it was my last day. Luckily im hired on somewhere else and they ran my reports already. I dont see why they would run the reports again later and find out? I dont really even need to tell them since it happened at a different carrier
