ESTES Express (5 Year Review)

Yup, I’ve not heard back for over a week from Hiring Manager if they will move forward with me. I’m still being considered. I’ve read more of the forum and tried to find comments on Richmond terminal. I’m ready to run hard and I see some posts it can slow down sometimes. Which is fine by me. But when it’s time to run hard I would be ready. Hopefully I can get on this time. Last time they called me back after I took this job so I stayed to not job hop.

 

Another option, if Richmond won't hire you is to get on at another terminal that will. Say someone you know that lives close enough to another terminal and you can use their address. Then after one year, you can transfer to another terminal, keeping your senority, as long as there is that job opening at that terminal. Of course don't mention at the interview that you are seeking to do this, so as to be hired. This is how I got to the terminal I wanted to end up at.

 

How long does Estes take to get back to you once you apply?

 

Just got a call today. Interview with TM Friday morning!
