    I knew the man that sang it. Danced many nights in the honky tonks around Presscott Arizona as him and his band played. He even sang the song Arizona morning in the movie Junior Bonner with Steve McQueen. Man that makes me feel old LOL.

    I sure did he was a good guy. He was the house band at Sid's wagon wheel bar back in the late 70's. He played at Matt's and the Palace Saloon on Whiskey Row in my hometown Prescott Arizona.

    Wow, I met him at an Overdrive meet up outside of Nashville, the guy I was working for was going there for the truck drag races and he showed up out of nowhere.

    I remember going to the record store as a kid asking for the 45. They couldn't believe that someone actually wanted to buy it and said l was the only person to request it.
