What can the US marshals do?

 

I dunno they seem like a pretty decent company to me. Then again I’m in the LTL world now and not full truckload.

I think they’d be on my short list if i decide to go OTR again.

 

In this particular case, nothing at all.

 

agreed, but call them anyway, you know, just to let them know you're thinking of them.....

 

A call would be nice, but you know how busy they are. A nice "Thinking of you" card would probably be just as good.

 

well....Honest TB...I always believe the personal touch is the way to go. That is why I suggested a phone call. Maybe showing up in person would be better? As always , I defer to your always superior, and sage, advice.

 

Bring doughnuts for the office staff.......always a nice touch

The lesson to be learned here is, do not pick a fight with someone while you're in their truck. Do it on your home time, or while you are at the terminal. I am lost at how it took you that long to see they were lying to you considering most places you have to be there at least 30 to 60 days to find out the "truth" about their medical benefits. Pay scale, I would think you would have discovered any lies about that much sooner than the time it took to discover any lies about medical benefits.

 

I'm not sure I can buy into the doughnut idea. Without knowing how may people are in the office chaos could ensue if someone feels shortchanged. Ask me how I know...
