    2015 ram 1500 crew cab.full crnter console.

    have the spare 29 lx. bought. a cobra mag mount 42 in whip. hustler heavy duty mag mount coming tomorrow. would pair with 4ft firestik ii for ease of tuning.

    space saving , as its infequent and temporary, considering the cobra 19 mini or comparable uniden?

    Put the antenna in the middle of the cab roof, mounted in the cab using a proper hole saw. It is a pain in the ***** to get the coax under the headliner but it is worth the extra work.
