    They have 3 reviews to call in to memphis I believe to review how it is going with their trainer. I get #####ed at big time from my trainer DM if I have dirty truck, paperwork issues, bad student logs, suspend trainer for any bad logs for 30 days..etc. It is better for students then it used to be.

    Soo, how has swift changed over the last couple years? I want to know from someone employed there with over 2 years.. None of this bitter BS being posted repeatedly by ex employees lol.. I was employed there for 3 yrs and a mentor for two out of CBUS. Didn't have to many bad experiences. It will happen if you're an OTR driver with any company, period. Couple bad apple students, but besides that it was good. Made decent money every year I was there. At the time I stayed out a lot though. Just had to take a temporary break for family, it happens. Was offered for rehire. I heard about the penny cut. Are the DM's working with the drivers any differently? Any input? Again, someone that's not just here to bash. No DM's either please. Not looking for sugar coating. Thanks

    I have been with Swift for 3 years in May. Personally, I have been treated #### near like royalty. There isn't one valid complain to make and they'd have to fire me to get rid of me.
