Traffic laws governing 4 way stop signs

Contrary to popular belief, the rule here in Texas is not that the vehicle with the biggest tires has ROW , but that every vehicle must yield ROW to the vehicle to their right.

A lot of times, especially out in the country, one person will signal to the other to let the other know that they may go first.

 

The car with the most important destination or the tightest schedule has right of way.

 

A crayon drawing would help us all visualize this scenario better.

 

Intersection is on Jabroni street & Crayola Way.

 

IMHO, At any intersection the right of way goes to the car with and/or needing the most duct tape.... Lol

 

yeah, four-way stops can be confusing. i think youre right about first to stop, first to go.
