Did you ever resolve the bouncing and wobbling issue? I've got a t680 doing the same thing driving me crazy.

They put wet air in (changed during most humid time of year) or overused the tire slick, beads should never clump no matter the temperature.

Another update, my shop had an extended period of time to work on my truck and they thought that the shaking issue that I'm experiencing had to do with a tire or wheel issue perhaps with the alignment. I got back in it to drive today for the first time in a while and it seems like little to nothing has changed and in fact in many ways it may be worse. You can sit there and just watch everything on the steering column shaking profusely as well as random things inside the cab and everything from my fingers all the way up to my shoulders gets very sore and tired within about 2 hours of driving with pain randomly shooting up my arms.

I told the head mechanic that I think this is just an inherent problem with these Kenworth trucks because after reading through this thread it just seems like there are a lot of people reporting problems but no definitive solutions are being presented. I guess I'm just going to be stuck with this problem until I can actually get into a new truck.

I took another week off recently and my truck was taken to Kenworth to get an alignment which corrected some of the issue but not entirely and after driving it for a week it's kind of gone back to normal as far as what is problematic is now just normalized.

Still in abundance of shaking and vibration coming to the steering column at all times and the cab randomly shakes profusely I can't really tell what causes it because it happens sporadically.

This is bad enough to the point now that I'm going to have to start looking at working for a different company and specifically one that has Volvo, freightliner, or Western Star trucks. Manager told me that Kenworth was actually called out to our trucking company because we spent several million dollars to buy all sorts of different Kenworth trucks to replace our aging fleet and we are having a myriad a different issues with these new trucks most of which have to do with quality control issues and things that have become very frustrating for our drivers as well as our shop to try to address. I pretty much given up on paccar and want nothing more to do with Kenworth and Peterbilt.

Unfortunately no, I ended up switching back to my old truck that has the same problem but to a far lesser extent than the truck I was primarily referring to in this thread. My company has a new International LT on order for me and I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm actually looking forward to driving it because there is no way it can be worse than these late model Kenworth T680 trucks I have been driving. My company has severed ties with Paccar.

I just bought a 2020 t680 and ran into a bad vibration as well, so i started looking i to it and came across this forum but i wanted to start simple. Have you guys tried lowering your airbags? I bent my leveling rod to check and vibration went away. Id say 1”-1/12” lower
