Good point. I guess another reason is that I may think that a 20 year old steel braided air line with some rubbing on the outside fabric is just fine, but others may not. In my case it's good to get another set of eyes on them once a year.

I remember when the whole annual inspection thing came out. It chapped my ### that I was now required to pay someone else to try to find something wrong with my truck, so I could pay them to fix it. Kind of like me having to pay to belong to a drug consortium so that I can prove that I am innocent of having drugs in my system.

 

Hell they sell the forms at the truck stop. What does that tell you.

I have a strong suspicion some people bought their license at a truck stop. On the back by endorsement it says Barjan
