Anyone know any secure truck & trailer parking near or close to Nokomis Fl off 75 about to be moving around September

 

I haven’t hauled any cars in 2 weeks and the wife has been out of town for a week so I have been completely relaxed for a week! I am hauling a 100 mile load tomorrow so I am bulking up to get ready for it. I did wax the tractor last week if that counts as work.

And then there's stuff that scares all the guys who haul cars but aren't carhaulers.

 

I remember when I used to haul big loads! I didn’t know a Lohr would haul those big loads. Lol

 

Just another medium size load, but it gets me to the house.

 

The biggest load I haul these days is my company car, although most often it is just air, as I impersonate a car hauler delivering new trucks to fantastic customers just to feed my itch for the road.

I work directly for a Cottrell dealer, so not usually. That said, one of our large customers bought a few Lohr units and I delivered two of them as a freelance contractor to help the customer out. Mostly I pickup new Cottrell units in Gainesville, GA and take the to our customers throughout the US or back to one of our facilities for final upfitting, or if they are stock units. We also do the complete line of Jerr-Dan tow trucks, Landoll and Kalyn Siebert trailers and I serve as their product specialist, meaning I do a lot of customer training and demos when not impersonating a truck driver.

I have a canary yellow Jerr-Dan 35 ton heavy wrecker sitting in my driveway right now that delivers on Monday just outside of Boston. Sweet ride, KW T-880 with a Allison 4700 auto. Drives like a motorhome!
