CT is actually about 5 cents cheaper than ma right now

 

I have noticed the same thing in a lot of areas. But have said that this winter will be the real blood bath. Hoping I am wrong but seeing it harder to get out of my area with decent stuff.

 

Still hanging in there, doing our thing. KW and TK reps both say the faucet is fully in the off position. I wouldn’t mind seeing the results of that sooner then later.

 

There sure is a mind boggling amount of trucks out here.

I been parked for a month. Not sure if I’m making any difference. I’m at least doing what I said I’d never do and that is haul non profitable freight. Bounced home from IN a few weeks ago and parked since then. $1000 loads back into the Carolina’s flying off the board some upwards of 45,000lbs. Drag that across the WV Tpk to get to eastern NC basically unprofitable and your truck is working harder then it should for no reason. The loads are moving though and seeing the people in these trucks there’s no question as to why it’s moving. My hats off to the people that have good work, and have stayed dedicated to a certain deal. I am definitely kicking myself right now for walking away from certain things I had going on, basically out of boredom and moving to a new area. I’m willing to bend and take “ok” loads, lately I haven’t even seen that. Financially I’m doing ok, mentally not so much when it gets like this. Worst I’ve seen it since starting in 2013.
