Rates are crashing and fuel to the moon!

For the last three weeks rates have been in the toilet, even more so than the usual, people are still grabbing it though

 

Lots of people are bad at math, can't fix it.

 

Y’all sure are confirming I got out at just the right time when I sold my truck and trailer. I will say I absolutely hate driving for someone else for the most part so it’s not all sunshine and daisies. Matter of fact it is hard as hell certain days. I never had those days running my own numbers. So it is what it is. Best of luck to everyone and hold fast if you can.

I feel for the young people of this country who vote for the demise of it without even realizing what they are doing until it is just too late…

I just did a mortgage rate calculation with the current interest rate and the rate from a few years ago. The exact same home price now would be nearly $600 more per month, that is before taxes (which seem to have gone up everywhere) and before insurance (which also seems to have gone up everywhere) add those in there and we are talking probably a good $600 on top of the interest rate increase so approx. $1200 more for the exact same home nowadays. What a #### shame, course all that can vary with location etc.

 

That tracks with what I’m seeing. I don’t know what happened 3 weeks ago…. Oh wait. Yeah I do.

It sounds like now is the perfect time to seize the opportunity. While others won't be allowed in Massachusetts, you can save the environment while naming your rate.

 

These trends are irreversible. The younger generations believe this green at all cost stuff. This means future politicians.

 

Isn't there another section where we can pretend like it matters who somebody else votes for? But just in case you haven't caught on yet, neither party cares what younger people think. They are there to serve the rich.
