The salesman in Yakima that all the high rollers buy their W9’s from called a guy I know last week looking to fill 5 spots for first quarter 2025. He’s getting 5 W9’s loaded up O/O spec for $215k out the door. Quite the change from a $10k deposit and waiting a year for your $260k W9 a couple years ago.

 

Hiring seems to be easier. Hadn’t lowered pay any from the top. With inflation; anyone lowering pay is taking a huge pay cut.
