Shame on you. You should know better than stopping for fuel in the butt crack of Wisconsin. I think it's their proximity to Milwaukee and Chicago that dooms them. Big city BS in our fair state for sure. Maybe they have alot of issues with people trying to install skimmers?

Collect and forward ALL evidence to your company safety and/or your insurance company, ie police report, cctv footage and your own photos. Wait until they come knocking before you worry about it. This Petros owner will need to spend $$$ to try to steal yours and the odds certainly aren't in their favor when the evidence you already presented with your story is considered. Most likely they are looking for the typical out of court, go away settlement which is unfortunately out of our hands.

 

Doesn't take rocket appliances to see that is far from freshly broken plastic. I'd tell them to pound sand.

What i would do next time you go by if it’s really soon is take pictures of it operational and that would be damming to any claim they have…

 

I stopped there once and never made that mistake again. The Super Kwik Trip in Kenosha is the go-to joint between Chicago and Milwaukee.

 

Several KwikTrips along that stretch of road. Instead of that petro go under I94 to the KwikTrip there.

 

I-94 Exit 340 NE corner. There is a billboard advertising it if you’re running north. “World’s largest Kwik Trip” or something to that effect. It’s pretty new.
