Top 10 is way too low. There's so many more bad trucking companies out there. The posters above aren't joking when they say you need a top 100.

Dude, that's so subjective. The fraudulent tough guy trucking divas are gonna complain about every company. The actual tough guy truckers won't really have bad experiences anywhere. Point being, every company had ambassadors and whiners.

If bottom jobs paid more... top tier jobs would pay more

Sometimes the mentally tough trucker has to work those jobs. Mental toughness is what defines "tough guy trucker." Perhaps he had a hiccup that damaged his record. He dies whatever he has to do to provide and get some income, and he possesses the ability to make any company work. The point I'm making is, it's all about what you put into it. I can concede that some companies put out more BS than others, but sometimes you gotta endure the BS to get to where you have a viable job. There's too many drivers that find an issue in every single company. It don't matter where they go. There are companies with good reputations and those divas still complain. I saw Werner on that lost above. I remember my friend telling me how he came across a guy who had started with Werner and never left. Stayed there for 20 years, but it worked for him. The other day in Denver, I came across a lady who was 4 years into her career. She drives for Stevens Transport, another one I hear a lot of complaints about. She had been driving there the last 2 years and absolutely loved it there. Got good runs, had her in a new truck, and she was making good money. I think sometimes it isn't always the company. It's moreso the attitude of the driver, and the fact that there too many drivers that aren't necessarily cut out for this industry.

When Super Ego drivers start killing drivers in women’s clothing and leaving their bodies in the truck boneyard, then they’ll be considered competition!!!;)
