Old seals or so called blown seals require greasing more often if anything.

I made the mistake of pushing too much grease...ONCE. It blew the seal then ruined my shoes because it all ended up in my drum. I didn't even know it happened until I drove it.

While it's unsettling nobody noticed the loose brake parts, including the greaser guy, there is no correlation between over greasing and bolts missing. The holes in the bracket are ovaled out, so it's been loose for a while. To be honest, I don't think I've ever seen that and I pulled a lot of junk.

Oops. I thought it was about their restaurants and kitchen. Lol. How awful and expensive it has become. I hardly see any people dining there. No wonder, $20 for liquid eggs omlette and coffee. The iron skillet used to be my favorite.

If there would be a failure due to a blown seal, than it would be due to failure of the inner seal, and your brakes wouldn’t hang up or drag, you’d have hard time braking as well as possibility of brakes catching fire

As others have said, I would not blame Petro for that.
But on the other hand, an experienced mechanic would have noticed that.

Umm...if you get grease on brake pads, they don't grip AT ALL. What I see is a lot of 'deferred maintenance'. Those seals were worn-out a year ago, and your bracket was always going to fail eventually. Sure, bring it back, and maybe they'll be nice and stifle their laughter.

Loose hardware, that causes one or more of those bolts to break. #### goes sideways quick after that. I’ve seen it happen twice.

My problem with them is they always make a mess. I have to go behind them with a roll of paper towels.
