    I am in md. I have applied with carMax and heartland express. Have interview with carmax Wed. Waiting on recruiting to call me from heartland. Have interview Tues. With local company CJ Miller but worried bout getting stuck in dump truck.

    Problem is; the ones in power of qualifications, do not have nor ever had any. 1 set of requirement that do not fit all.
    I wonder how many good companies have missed good dependable drivers thru the asinine applications of stupid rules.

    I worked dump trailers and flowboy ny city.. on toes all day. 120 gross off road and on city streets. Sheet was no joke.

    Amen yardmule learning that fast. Some want 3mo, 6mo, 1yr, 2yr. It's not the insurance companies as they claim is it?

    Heck yes I have! Hell I used to get 2 in one fell swoop backing into soft spots to dump, because me remembering to pin them up always came after I was picking them off the ground. :rolleyes:

    Most dump companies don’t want otr bad habits and most otr doesn’t count local work as experience, think hard about your choice and pick one, neither one is overly hard, but they do each have their own challenges, took me about 15 years to realize how much dump absolutely sucks IMG_0850.jpeg
