    Not surprising. When the number of random DOT inspections is so high, more accidents like this are inevitable. Scott Wolcheck followed in his Fathers footsteps. He does “ The Hall of Shame”. Goes after cases of injustice. Good Guy. Went to school with my daughter. They’re still good friends.

    I can't believe they're still allowed to conduct inspections in the shoulder of the mainlanes. They should be required to move the vehicle to an access road, if not into a scalehouse.
