    I was thinking that dude was being agressive. 4 wheelers darting out of your way while passing everything is usually an indication to drop a gear or two. 15 to 20 over though is a huge yikes moment. I get skitchy when i do 5 over to overtake someone let alone 15 to 20.

    The speeding truck that was filming was a wrecker. Give the guy a break. He was probably a few thousand short for the day on illegal parking tows and trying to make up time.
