    This is I-26 near Erwin, TN. So much for going that way as a detour. What a mess!

    Yup,like @Numb said,it’s really bad there. Some of you may be doing a 200+ MILE DETOUR- either running I-77 through Virginia and North Carolina and I-85 through South Carolina,or I-75 through Tennessee and Georgia and even then going around Atlanta is risky because they have flooding issues as well!
    Helene wreaked havoc everywhere from Florida on north!
