    A lot of modern cars will automatically activate the flashers after a collision. Basically just more idiot-proofing.

    And why would he? Whenever I am approaching such a narrow toll booth, I am focused solely on not hitting those ridiculously narrow concrete lane guides.

    Idiot four wheeler is clearly the culprit here. Hopefully you were being facetious.
